Location:
Dallas, TX or Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL (NO REMOTE 2 days from office/week)
Candidate must have a technical background and be able to write documentation for a development community.
Responsibilities- Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation.
- Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
- Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and/or user groups and structuring procedures in a logical sequence.
- Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
- May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.
