DescriptionThe Key Leader Engagement (KLE) Planning Analyst provides planning and coordination support for Key Leader Engagements involving MARCENT and U.S./partner military leadership, enabling successful interaction and strategic communication at the operational level. This role supports planning, preparation, and scheduling of KLEs, analyzes coordination with internal staff to ensure effective messaging, develops briefing materials for senior leaders, and records outcomes for follow-up actions.
With 3–5 years of experience in KLE coordination services, the analyst assists in management of the MARCENT KLE program, coordinates with TSC, KLE, and CAG elements, updates webpages, and prepares trip books, talking points, and scene setters. By integrating planning expertise with communication support, the KLE Planning Analyst enhances MARCENT’s ability to conduct effective engagements with key leaders and partners.

- Support planning, preparation, and scheduling of MARCENT key leader engagements.
- Analyze and ensure coordination with internal staff for effective messaging and interaction strategies.
- Develop briefing materials for senior leaders participating in KLEs.
- Record outcomes of engagements and prepare follow-up products.
- Assist in management of the MARCENT KLE program.
- Coordinate with Theater Security Cooperation (TSC), KLE, and CAG elements to ensure synchronized engagements.
- Prepare trip books, talking points, and scene setters for senior leaders.
- Support webpage updates related to KLE program activities.
- Assist in developing SOPs for KLE planning and execution.
- Contribute to after-action reviews and lessons learned documentation for KLE events.
- Support tracking and reporting of KLE objectives and outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
- Ensure KLE documentation and engagement records are archived according to records management standards.

Education / Experience / Qualification- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in Key Leader Engagement coordination or support of senior leader meetings.
- Experience assisting in management of a KLE program, including preparation of trip books, talking points, and scene setters.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple staff elements including TSC, KLE, and CAG.
- Experience updating webpages and maintaining KLE-related documentation.
- Secret clearance required.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for developing leader materials and talking points.
- Attention to detail in documenting outcomes and preparing follow-up products.
- Ability to work collaboratively with MARCENT staff and partner organizations.
Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.
Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Includes direct coordination with senior leadership and external partners during KLE events.
Physical DemandsPrimarily sedentary office work with extensive computer use. May involve travel to support KLE events and conferences.
Work ScheduleFull-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 0800–1600.
May require flexibility during high-level visits or engagements.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

TravelMay include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support KLE planning, coordination, and execution.
