Job ObjectiveUnder a five-year contract, the All-Source Intelligence Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope of the requirement includes professional services for MARCENT located aboard Mac Dill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, which serves as a Component Command to USCENTCOM. Specifically the All-Source Intelligence Analyst will support the Intelligence Directorate (G-2) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
The G-2 provides timely, accurate, and relevant multi-discipline, multi-function intelligence support tailored to the USCENTCOM AOR for the COMUSMARCENT, staff and subordinate units in order to assist in the Command’s decision making and staff actions for MARCENT’s component responsibilities and Title 10 service obligations. MARCENT G-2 also coordinates with higher, adjacent, and relevant supporting agencies.
- Provide all-source intelligence analysis services at the expert proficiency level.
- Execute services and handle transactions using MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir.
- Provide all-source analysis tailored intelligence products and assist with editing, processing, releasing, and posting finished products.
- Review, collate, correlate, corroborate, analyze, and maintain a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports/data from a wide variety of DoD, Interagency, and Allied/Coalition organizations and have documents readily available for the government.
- Provide near‑term and current analysis on regional terrorist organizations, Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO), illicit networks, insurgent groups, and related activities within the CENTCOM AOR.
- Compile foundational data as well as conduct near‑term and long‑term analysis of the socio‑cultural dynamics, tribal analysis, geospatial behavior, and interrelationships of key social groups in the CENTCOM AOR.
- Must possess a current US passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
- Must be able to meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements available under the OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01 and Air Force Manual 17‑1301.
- Must be able to complete an in‑scope (per current DoD 6‑year reinvestigation requirement), favorable, ST5 investigation (to include SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) / Continuous Vetting (CV) program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD Central Adjudication Facility (DoD CAF) without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.
- Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Higher education degree in Intelligence, Information Science, Geospatial Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, M3, TAC, HOTr, Google Earth, Analyst Notebook, and Palantir preferred.

Contractor personnel must support the projected travel in support of government requirements to MARCENT AOR and supporting locations, including but not limited to Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, UK, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Djibouti, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, and Greece. - Ideal candidate will be available for travel on less than 24‑hour notice to support personnel recovery and training for forward‑deployed forces and will have ability to execute OCONUS travel throughout the CENTCOM AOR.
