Location Tampa, Florida### Description Systems Administrator (Web/Portal) | Tampa, FL | Full Time Steel Gate  LLC is hiring full time Systems Administrator (Web/Portal) to join our team in Tampa Florida. In this role you will support U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) by providing Web and Portal service management. Steel Gate LLC, in partnership with Peraton, is providing USSOCOM services for developing, documenting, structuring, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring delivery of USSOCOM's Web/Portal service management processes, procedures and performance, including continuous improvement of all USSOCOM's Web/Portal service areas.

Individuals pursuing this position are considered to have several years of experience in the field and have a broad understanding of different aspects of IT, including hardware, software, networking, and security. Candidates will be working as part of a team to configure, design, document, administer, troubleshoot all aspects of the Web/Portal.

Duties:  
• Maintains, configures, customizes, and manages enterprise SharePoint services and other IIS websites.  
• Implements and troubleshoots SharePoint-based workflows engines.  
• Performs site migrations using various migration methods such as backups/restores, Power Shell site copies, and third-party migration tools.  
• Creates and analyzes reports on web activity, web page hit counts, traffic patterns, and similar performance metrics.  
• Applies patches and updates.  
• Monitors customer feedback and responds to inquiries.  
• Recommends upgrades to the network, server and related equipment, software, and other relevant improvements.  
• Provides desktop support to end users by responding to requests for technical assistance.  
• Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues.  
• Manages user identities, credentials, and privileges on local servers.  
• Develops and maintains user and technical manuals and guidelines.  
• Implements new software products, tools, systems and upgrades.  
• Supports users and stakeholders in the development, and documentation of business requirements.  
• Represents USSOCOM and interfaces with software and hardware vendors for support issues.

Required Skills:

• Min 9 years with HS Diploma, 7 years with AS/AA degree, 5 years with BS/BA, or 3 years with MS/MA  
• DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II  
• TS/SCI clearance  
• Have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000  Job Types: Full-Time, on-site
