The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for the development and maintenance of front‑end user interfaces on public‑facing websites. The role requires expertise in web page and CMS template creation, front‑end development (HTML, JavaScript), and familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Joomla.
Primary Responsibilities- Process digital requests and manage ticket queue to ensure timely completion
- Provide support across all digital platforms: websites, apps, microsites, product hubs, and the Mar Tech stack (CMS, Cookie Consent, SEO/SEM tools, analytics, social media, intranet, event marketing tools, digital asset management)
- Gather and document requirements, conduct functional testing, produce training materials, and troubleshoot internally and with partner agencies
- Assist in evolving and rationalizing the Mar Tech ecosystem, improving UX, content structure, and usability
- Support paid media initiatives and optimize ROI (cost vs engagement)
- Support SEO programs, both technical and content‑focused, to demonstrate progress and ROI
- Lead small projects, work independently, organize work effectively, and communicate transparently within an Agile framework
- Embrace an AI & technology mindset, understanding new capabilities and envisioning their integration into the existing ecosystem
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures, identifying key errors, improving efficiencies, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior

Qualifications- Minimum three (3) years of experience in user journey, UI/UX design, front‑end development, and CMS proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with Google Cloud Suite (Tag Manager, Search Console, Analytics
4) and an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights - Experience in social/paid media and project management tools
- 3–5 years of website management experience
- Proficiency with web content management systems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal partners and clients
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
