* Position Summary:

** We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of deskside support experience, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CompTIA A+ Certification.
* OEM Printer Warranty Certifications.
* OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications.
* Experience with Lexmark printers.
* Server support experience.
