IT Support Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Systems Support Specialist will work as part of a team to support end-user Information Technology needs. This position provides support for our users across the enterprise, resolving requests while meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. This position will act as the first level contact for support of end user laptops, desktops, servers, network infrastructure, mobile devices and applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
- Laptop/desktop Deployments and Break/Fix
- Printer / Fax Deployments and Break/Fix
- IT Equipment and Supplies Procurement
- Hardware/Software installs and upgrades
- Patch Management
- User Support and Training
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- LAN/Network Support
- Active Directory support
- iPhone/ Android wireless devices deployment and support
- Windows 10 Enterprise
- Microsoft Application Support - Ring Central VOIP System Support
- Antivirus Management and Support
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Well organized person with strong administrative and good interpersonal skills. A person who is very dependable, and who can work independently.
Education and Experience:
1.High School degree or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree preferred
2.Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a support role
3.A+, Network +, and/or Microsoft Specialist certifications preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1.3+ years of Windows Desktop and Server Support
2.2-3 years of Active Directory and infrastructure support
3.2-3 years of Asterisk Support (Free PBX Preferred)
4.E-Fax Knowledge
5.Cloud Based environment experience
