Requisition Details:

• Designing Implementation Plan of a new Project

• Raising Firewall and Load Balancer request

• End to End setup of new projects

• Creating JVMs for new applications to be deployed.

• Responsible for 24x7 server and environment availability and monitoring.

• Deploying applications, configuring JDBC connection pools, Data Sources, JMS Queues etc.

• Monitoring the production JVMs using Introscope.

• Creating shell scripts for deployment and backup of servers.

• Taking the thread dumps and analyzing the issues.

• Installed and configured SSL for authentication with the webserver and Configured LDAP for application server authorization and security

• Generating and updating plug-in and httpd.conf file

• Handling most of the Web Sphere Administration work

• Applied interim fixes, fix packs and refresh packs for WAS

• Resolved high priority problem tickets within time frame and analyzed for root causes.

• Installation of IBM WAS 8.57.1

• Configuration of IBM WAS 8.5701

• Configuring Wily with IBM WAS for Monitoring of JVM

• Understanding of WAS Architecture, so that it is useful in Setup of New Application

• Understanding of WAS Messaging and Setup

• Must have thorough knowledge on SSL

• Need to implement Coregroup for HA setup.
