Manager of Master Data & Support at DEX Imaging

• Develop and implement master data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Customer Master Data across systems.
• Maintain and enforce data stewardship roles and responsibilities within the organization.
• Oversee creation, updates, and archival of customer master records.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues using established tools and methodologies.
• Maintain a master data dictionary and metadata repository.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to align master data processes with business objectives.
• Support integration projects involving Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Facilitate resolution of data conflicts and harmonization across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline master data processes.
• Research and implement best practices and emerging technologies in master data management.
• Provide training and guidance to data stewards and business users.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal audit requirements.
• Develop and monitor data quality KPIs and governance dashboards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization.

• Typically reports to Management Direct Supervisor; job title(s) typically include Senior Director of Admin with matrix reporting to Finance and IT.
• Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring, termination, pay decisions, performance management). Employees directly supervised might include Data Analyst.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage competing priorities; must handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong decision‑making and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in Master Data Management or Data Governance roles.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks in large organizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data management tools (Informatica, SAP MDG, etc.).

• Regular business hours; some additional hours may be required.
• Travel requirements:
  Domestic up to 20%.
• Climate‑controlled office environment during normal business hours.
