As an Analytics Forward Deployed Software Engineer 2, you will work directly with customers to solve complex problems using data‑driven solutions. Your primary mission is to understand customers’ greatest challenges, synthesize data insights, and deploy software solutions to drive impactful results.

• Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives.
• Decompose complex processes into actionable components that can be improved or automated using data and custom software solutions.
• Design and deliver tailored tools, ranging from analytics dashboards to operational applications, that drive measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineers, Data Strategists, and Data Scientists to deploy solutions against complex problems.
• Contribute to product development by recommending features, improving functionality, and enhancing user experience based on customer feedback and technical insight.
• Apply AI‑driven development tools and prompt engineering techniques to analyze data and optimize software performance and process efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Three (3) years of related technical experience required.
• Experience with web development frameworks (HTML, CSS, Angular) and version control systems (Git, Azure Dev Ops).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data profiling, data quality, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Experience with cloud‑based data platforms, data lakes, and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge and practical experience applying process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA, PMP).
• Prior experience in healthcare or clinical analytics environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, Type Script/JavaScript, and React.
