Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Operations team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting marketing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with campaign execution. You will help ensure smooth operations and consistent practices across marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate records in Hub Spot and ensure data quality across marketing systems.
- Perform regular audits and cleanups to keep the database organized and reliable.
Campaign & Workflow Support:
- Manage lists, workflows, and sales follow-up for marketing-led campaigns.
- Assist with database campaigns—targeted outreach efforts using CRM contacts, including list creation, cleanup, and workflow setup.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Support testing and QA for marketing operations processes to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Process Optimization:
- Help streamline marketing team processes, including asset organization, Hub Spot lists, marketing emails, templates, landing pages, and naming conventions.
- Consistently follow the Marketing Operations Playbook to ensure best practices and standardization.
- Own start-to-finish creation of webinars and group demos, including lists, forms, landing pages, emails, and follow-up tasks.
- Create lists and contact views for event invitations (Cyber
FOX hosted events and kickoff events).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support other marketing initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing operations and campaign management.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, or ability to quickly learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Smooth campaign execution through properly managed lists, marketing emails, forms, and workflows.
- Consistent processes and improved team efficiency aligned with the Marketing Operations Playbook for all marketing assets and workflows.
Working Conditions
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ET
- Professional office environment or home environment if restrictions prevent open access to an office environment.
