We’re now seeking a Paid Media Specialist to help scale our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable results.
This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys analyzing data, and is passionate about testing new strategies to maximize ROI.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment, performance, and profitability.

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok
  .
• Develop and optimize Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Continuously monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and creative to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine campaign strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to align ad messaging with landing page experience.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance; report actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, betas, and optimization tools.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search or PPC campaigns (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads
  , Microsoft Ads
  , and Meta Ads Manager
  ;
  Tik Tok Ads experience a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results across multiple platforms.
• Experience in direct response marketing, attribution, and conversion tracking

• Analytical thinker with a deep understanding of campaign data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
