The opportunity:

Our EPM team applies cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in guiding clients through forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. You will provide clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will understand business requirements and define the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions, guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagement teams, work with a variety of clients to deliver professional services, and oversee business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
  • Focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and potentially the broader business function.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; consistently deliver quality client services and high-quality work within time and budget.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
  • Manage client service delivery expectations and stay up to date with industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
  • Motivate and manage diverse client engagement teams; provide on-the-job coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities; maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
  • Assist in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions.
  • Application and Tool Analysis;
    Cloud Computing Architecture;
    Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  • Typically at least 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
  • Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, One Stream, Tagetik).
  • Strong understanding of evolving EPM concepts and practices; proven ability to translate business challenges into solutions.
  • Experience with roles such as financial analyst/FP&A, EPM system administration, long-range planning, implementation consulting, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
Preferred
  • Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.
