As a Lead Database Engineer, you’ll play a key leadership role in designing and delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions.

Mandatory Skills

HP Nonstop SQL/MP and SQL/MX Database Administration
HP Nonstop COBOL Programming expertise with TACL scripting experience
Experience in Banking and Payments Domain is preferred
Experience in Oracle Golden Gate is preferred

Required Skillsets

Formal training or certification in HP Non Stop SQL/MP & SQL/MX DBA concepts with 5+ years of practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with HP Non Stop environments.
Proven hands‑on background as a SQL/MP & SQL/MX Database Administrator with expertise on analyzing Query Plans and optimization.
Ability to automate database scripts using TACL.
Deep expertise in data analysis and application development, including experience using major data visualization tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging modern software tools, platforms, and technologies to create innovative solutions.
Experienced in leading projects through organizational change and ambiguity, effectively managing dependencies and cross‑functional collaboration.
