Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with expertise in AI/ML systems to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of artificial intelligence applications. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans for AI models, data pipelines, and AI-powered software to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine strong testing skills with a solid understanding of AI technologies and data workflows.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases for AI and machine learning systems.
• Validate AI/ML model performance including accuracy, robustness, fairness, and bias detection.
• Test data pipelines and data processing workflows to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to understand AI model behavior and requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and tools tailored for AI applications.
• Monitor AI system performance in production and help diagnose and resolve defects or anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and quality standards specific to AI systems.
• Document test results, defects, and provide actionable feedback for continuous quality improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in AI testing and AI quality assurance methodologies.
