$50-$54/Hr

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and Gen Rocket.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Broadcom TDM components including TDM Portal (project creation, data modeling, masking, generation, self‑service), Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflow design.
• Proven experience with the Delphix platform for data virtualization, self‑service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs.
• Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise‑level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Deep understanding of relational and non‑relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, Mongo
  
  DB, cloud storage) and ability to handle both structured and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and Dev Ops frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end test data lifecycle from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.
• Familiarity with data quality, ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
