What You’ll Be Doing• Answer incoming calls from users and gather symptom data.
• Log tickets in our ticketing system.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for Windows and macOS operating systems, including Microsoft 365 products.
• Deliver remote technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct thorough system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
• Assist with email issues and password resets.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions, and configurations for future reference.
• Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting various hardware and software solutions.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, networking protocols, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding problem‑solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to build strong client relationships, handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and be willing to travel to client sites as needed.

WhatYour Schedule Will Be
This is an in‑office position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Upon successful completion of Next Perimeter’s 90‑day introductory period, you’ll be allowed to select one (1) recurring work‑from‑home day.
Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
