Responsibilities- Configure and deploy servers, storage systems, and network hardware
- Set up and maintain RAID arrays and backup systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices
- Respond to Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk tickets
- Monitor and maintain network security and uptime
- Support client onboarding and infrastructure upgrades
- Document technical processes and configurations
- Proven experience in configuring and supporting IT infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware, server builds, and networking gear
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA preferred
- Experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT support environment is a plus
