Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs. The role involves managing complex technical initiatives while maintaining alignment with architectural, engineering, and compliance requirements.

• Work with engineering, data science, and AI teams to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of product features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal design and user experience for AI agents.
• Collaborate with technical leads for architectural alignment and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Define data strategies for gathering, cleaning, and managing data for AI model training.
• Optimize AI models by working with researchers and engineers on continuous improvement.
• Monitor AI performance, using data and feedback to optimize behavior, accuracy, and client value.
• Provide technical expertise, translating client needs into technical specifications.
• Train and onboard clients to deploy, use, and optimize AI agents.
• Offer post-launch support and feature updates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with PwC Info Sec Policies & Standards and applicable regulations, especially data privacy.
• Promote ethical AI, minimizing bias and ensuring fairness in decision-making.
