Milestone is seeking a highly capable Senior Program Manager to lead and orchestrate the implementation of the Claravine metadata management platform, which will replace the legacy MRM (Marketing Resource Management) system within a large-scale enterprise Martech ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of program delivery, technical product ownership, and stakeholder management. The Senior Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, drive alignment across business and technical teams, and ensure execution of the Q1–Q2 roadmap, including governance setup, architectural blueprinting, and integration development kick-off.

This individual must be able to translate business objectives into actionable solutions, work with cross-functional global teams, and collaborate closely with Claravine vendor resources, internal architects, and a Business Analyst.

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and strong program alignment.

Drive overall program execution, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment.

Facilitate decision-making, unblock teams, and proactively elevate issues requiring stakeholder input.

Provide weekly updates, sprint runway visibility, and roadmap clarity to leadership.

Lead the definition and delivery of the Q1 integration & architecture blueprint for Claravine across the Martech ecosystem.

Collaborate with enterprise architects to understand current-state and target-state architecture.

Partner with the Business Analyst on requirements breakdown, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process definitions.

Translate business needs into structured platform requirements for Claravine’s centralized development/support model.

Oversee validation of Claravine templates, configurations, workflows, and governance elements.

Establish and operationalize governance guardrails for taxonomy, metadata standards, and approval workflows.

Drive process reengineering discussions to modernize 20-year-old MRM workflows, avoiding unnecessary legacy carryover.

Ensure business stakeholders’ metadata and governance expectations are understood and built into the implementation plan.

Work closely with the Claravine vendor team, ensuring clear communication of requirements, priorities, and quality expectations.

Coordinate with MRM teams, marketing stakeholders, and other Martech domain leads to ensure smooth migration and alignment.

Partner with global delivery teams and ensure readiness for integration development by end of Q1.

Manage milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

Ensure the BA and Scrum Master have clear direction and alignment to program goals.

Support POCs, demos, validation cycles, and stakeholder review checkpoints.

Maintain thorough documentation and ensure strong handover-ready knowledge artifacts.

8+ years in Program Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Delivery roles.

Demonstrated experience leading complex platform implementations or Martech/data governance programs.

Ability to drive execution with minimal oversight; high accountability and ownership mindset.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with BA + Scrum Master teams.

Understanding of SaaS platforms, data governance frameworks, metadata taxonomy, integration patterns, and API-based workflows.

Experience working with enterprise architects and translating architecture documents into executable plans.
