Job Summary
Ascend is seeking a highly driven and organized Account Manager with PMP certification and proven project management experience to join our dynamic team. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project tracking across internal and external initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with technical project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and internal operations to drive customer success, boost satisfaction scores, and identify upsell opportunities.

- Engage daily with customers to build strong relationships, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with MiBA's AI-driven oncology products.
- Track and manage multiple internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with goals, and proactive issue resolution.
- Interface with technical PMs, SMEs, sales, and operations teams to coordinate efforts, facilitate communication, and navigate complex project landscapes.
- Focus on customer success metrics, including maintaining high satisfaction scores through regular feedback loops and performance reviews.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities, such as contract amendments, by understanding client challenges and demonstrating the value of expanded MiBA services.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP certification with at least 3-5 years of real-world project management experience in a technical or customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient with technology and all Microsoft suite products.
- Willingness to work onsite full-time in our Downtown Tampa, FL headquarters.
- Background in healthtech, pharma, or oncology as a customer or practitioner, providing insight into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Previous Clinical experience.
- Real-world Data.
- Experience in upselling and amending contracts to drive revenue growth while maintaining client trust.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or technical spaces, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and life sciences teams.
- Demonstrated humility, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger for personal and professional growth.
