• Handle accurate and efficient order entry and tracking to keep projects moving at top speed
• Perform precise data entry tasks, ensuring consistency and reliability that fuels our success
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align on deliverables and crush project timelines
• Support account managers in optimizing workflows, maintaining momentum, and exceeding expectations
• Proactively open, monitor, and report on service tickets and project issues, turning challenges into triumphs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); bonus points for familiarity with MS Project
• Sharp technical and business acumen to quickly grasp and enhance project workflows and company priorities
• Intelligent, ethical, and hardworking with a proactive, results‑driven mindset
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills to thrive in team settings and solo initiatives
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where innovation and agility are key
• Availability for on‑site work Monday through Friday, contributing to our vibrant Tampa team
