Job Overview
This is a full-time Technical Test Lead position in Agile testing, UFT Automation (Independent Verification and Validation Testing Domain) located in Tampa, FL.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with IT
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting
- At least 2 years of experience in performing Agile Testing
- Expertise in estimating story points for agile testing projects
- Strong expertise in automation using UFT and/or Selenium Automation tools
- Nice to have Dev Ops CI-CD experience
- Nice to have experience in setting up testing pipeline using Jenkins
- Strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
- Communication and Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
