Lead Analysts

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualified candidates will be analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications
• Leading generative, formative, and evaluative user experience (UX) research, multiple modeling, simulation and analysis efforts to uncover the best usability solutions using Gen AI Product Research, Adobe, Figma, Dscout Tableau and Pendo
• Executing user experience customization projects employing human-centered design thinking and methodologies including context inquiry, customer segment analysis and user journey map generation
• Synthesizing user research into personas and scenarios
• Developing innovative user interface designs in response to marketing requirements, user analyses, product innovation, technology and business needs using visual design technologies
• Creating and developing interactive design and information architecture, journey maps, user narratives, user interface and taxonomy and prototypes
• Producing creative concepts, prototypes and storyboards
• Developing and implementing design, visualizing data outcome by creating infographics, and diagrams
• Conducting usability tests and comparative analyses to assess UX patterns, usability scores, feature differentiators and identify usability problems
• Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the user experience based upon the project specification
• Documenting modifications and enhancements to the user experience as required by the project
• Participating in the deployment of designs and solutions

Salary: $72.00 to $90.00/hr.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information technology, Human Centered Design or Engineering and one years’ experience in position or one years experience in IT or UX Design field (or Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information technology, Human Centered Design or Engineering and five years experience in position or five years experience in IT or UX Design field).

• Experience with Gen AI Product Research, Adobe, Figma, Dscout, Tableau and Pendo.
• Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
