Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior QA Analyst in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Software Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manually testing software applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and ensure the product meets quality standards before release. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
• Execute manual test cases and document results
• Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops)
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Validate fixes and perform re‑testing
• Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and requirement analysis
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
• Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing
• Experience with test case management and bug‑tracking tools
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases
• Exposure to automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman)

This pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
