Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications - Financial Services experience
- Great communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Apply Agile principles, frameworks, and tools to drive squad success
- Coach Product Owner and squad on backlog health and user story refinement
- Balance delivery timelines with iterative feedback
- Align priorities and dependencies across squads
- Provide role-based coaching and facilitate sessions
- Promote collaboration and awareness of product vision
- Create an inclusive environment for ceremonies and resolve conflicts
- Communicate progress, risks, and impediments clearly
- Support release planning and coordinate code movement
- Deliver projects within defined processes, budget, and timelines
- Build trust-based relationships and resolve issues
- Drive continuous learning and process improvement
- Monitor squad capacity and promote sustainable execution
- Encourage experimentation and self-sufficiency
- Integrate risk and control processes into daily work
