Role DescriptionGame Tokens is seeking a Metaverse Rewards Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our virtual rewards and incentive systems.
This is a remote, full‑time position with a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. You will play a key role in shaping how users earn, engage with, and benefit from Game Tokens across supported platforms.
Responsibilities include evaluating reward structures, managing incentives, supporting partner integrations, and ensuring that token-based systems remain fair, engaging, and aligned with platform goals. You will collaborate closely with developers, venue operators, and community stakeholders across Second Life and Open Sim environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage token-based rewards and incentive programs
- Monitor and evaluate reward performance and user engagement
- Support partner and venue reward integrations
- Develop compensation and incentive strategies aligned with the Game Tokens economy
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper system functionality
- Help maintain fairness, sustainability, and transparency across reward systems
- Hands‑on experience with Second Life and/or Open Simulator (required)
- Experience designing or managing reward, incentive, or compensation systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with virtual economies, token systems, or gaming platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
