Senior IT Business Analyst

The Senior IT Business Analyst role at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) sits within DTCC's Information Technology group, which delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team supports client needs by building essential infrastructure capabilities and implementing data standards and governance.

• As a member of the Change & Release Management Strategic Enablement Team, drive enterprise transformation and enable smarter, faster, and more resilient change across the organization.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights and requirements.
• Support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and Dev Sec Ops  frameworks.
• Influence how the organization adopts innovation, manages risk, and scales digital capabilities.

• Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, Service Now, Snowflake, Ansible; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a plus.
• Frameworks: ITIL, Agile, and Dev Sec Ops  methodologies.
