Responsibilities- Lead and manage the K Oracle database migration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide technical direction and oversight for Oracle database migration activities.
- Coordinate effectively with KPMG's offshore (KGS) team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Facilitate client workshops and regular status meetings to communicate progress and address concerns.
- Oversee the development and execution of secure, compliant migration strategies for large Oracle databases.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and migration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in complex database migration initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Exadata and cloud migration methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) and Oracle Golden Gate.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
