A customer is looking for a helpdesk technician to provide over the phone and in person support for internal employees (around 500). The team of 2 received anywhere from 20-30 tickets daily. They will be responsible for inventory management, new user support, computer replacements, mobile devices including iPhones and Androids, managing returned hardware and triaging.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
