Technical Test Lead - Agile testing, Selenium Automation
We are seeking a Technical Test Lead with expertise in Agile testing and Selenium Automation.
- Full-time
- Location:
Tampa, FL - Relocation assistance provided
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting
- At least 2 years of experience in performing Agile Testing
- Expertise in estimating story points for agile testing projects
- Strong expertise in automation using Selenium automation tool
- Strong expertise in Core Java skills
- Experience with Dev Ops CI-CD (nice to have)
- Experience in setting up testing pipeline using Jenkins (nice to have)
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
