Data Analyst
The
Initiatives and Process Manager supports operational excellence by leading high impact initiatives and refining key processes within the property management portfolio. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and improving the resident and team experience across communities. The ideal candidate combines deep operational knowledge of property management with strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Assistinplanningandtheexecutionofinitiativestoimproveservicedelivery,team performance,andresidentsatisfaction
- Workcloselywithoperationsleadershiptoidentifyandprioritizeopportunitiesbasedonoperationalgoals,revenueimpact,orcompliancerequirements
- Coordinatepilots,rollouts,andpost-implementationassessmentsacrosscommunitiesorregions
- Auditanddocumentcurrentoperationalworkflows(e.g.,renewals,move-ins,maintenancerequests,collections)
- Designandimplementstandardizedprocessestodriveconsistency,reduceerrors,andoptimizeteamcapacity
- Partnerwithtechnologyteamstosupportdigitaltools,dashboards,orautomationintegrations(e.g.,Entrata,Elise
AI,Vero,etc.) - Collaboratewithtrainingteamstodevelopresourcesthatsupportrolloutandadoptionofnewprocessesortools
- Provide hands-onsupportandfieldfeedbackduringinitialimplementationphases
- Trackadoptionmetricsandprocesseffectiveness;recommenditerativeimprovementsasneeded
- Serveasliaisonbetweencorporateteams(marketing,IT,HR,accounting) andonsiteteamstoensurealignmentoninitiativeexecution
- Gatherfeedbackfromregionalandonsiteleaderstoinformprocessdesignandeliminatefrictionpoints
- Facilitaterecurringupdatemeetingswithkeystakeholderstomaintaintransparencyandmomentum
Qualifications:
- 3–5yearsofexperienceinpropertymanagementoperations,project management,orbusinessprocessimprovement
- In-depthunderstandingofpropertyoperationsworkflowsandtechnologyplatforms(e.g.,Entrata,Yardi,CRMtools)
- Strongorganizationandtimemanagementskillswithabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
- Experienceleadingcross-functionalinitiativesandrollingoutchangeacrossmultiplesites
- Proficientinprojecttoolsandprocessmappingplatforms(e.g.,Asana,Smartsheet,Lucidchart,Visio)
