We are seeking a QA Test Engineer / Manual Tester with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality across enterprise applications by setting up Task Recorder, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and supporting the build‑out process for regression testing. While this role is primarily focused on manual testing, some automation experience is highly desirable.

• Design, execute, and document manual test cases for D365 applications and integrations.
• Set up and configure Task Recorder and ATF to support automated and regression testing.
• Assist in the build‑out process and establish frameworks for regression test suites.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure coverage.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple environments.
• Track, report, and manage defects through the full lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support automation initiatives where applicable, leveraging tools such as Leapwork.

• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer or Manual Tester.
• Hands‑on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications.
• Strong knowledge of Task Recorder and Automated Test Framework (ATF) setup and usage.
• Experience assisting in regression test planning and execution.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and defect management practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with Service Now testing and familiarity with its ATF capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Leapwork automation testing tool.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Service Now ATF and Leapwork automation into regression testing strategies.
• Background in enterprise application testing.
