As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the development of innovative technology solutions that drive business success. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide teams through complex challenges and deliver quality results. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and contribute to the evolution of AI applications, promoting operational excellence and fostering a culture of performance.

• Drive the development of AI applications to enhance business outcomes.
• Maintain exceptional deliverables while upholding operational excellence.
• Work with cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Utilise innovative approaches to problem-solving and process enhancement.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a top performing workforce.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in application architecture/solution architecture.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
• Experience managing technology solutions across various aspects.
• Leading rapid prototyping efforts with emerging technologies.
• Building production level AI features and applications.
• Designing technical architectures for large scale platforms.
• Contributing to incubators and innovation lab environments.
• Leading developers in delivery of software products.
• Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages.
• Knowledge in cloud architectures and services.
• Knowledge in event driven and microservices architectures.
