IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) seeks an experienced ICAM Analyst to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

• Oversees efforts to ensure effective EDAT identity and access management.
• Ensures common identity and access management policies and approaches across the TO.
• Ensures adoption of best practices in identity and access management. Supports compliance and integration with Federal PKI activities, PIV Interoperability, USSOCOM ICAM, PKI, ABAC, RBAC, non‑cryptographic solutions at lower levels of assurance, and backend attribute exchange.

• Journeyman level: a Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Substitutions for education: associate’s degree plus 4 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• 6 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work with teams but is self‑motivated to complete projects independently.
• Ability to work entirely on‑site with minimal accommodation.

• Must have an active DOD TS/SCI clearance.
