We’re a creative agency in Ybor City, the cigar capital of the world, where roosters roam as free as our bold ideas. In over four decades of business, courage remains our compass to create change®. We win awards at national and international scales for our clever creative that’s steeped in strategy. We live by our core values, because it’s better to be honest than be cool.

We take the risk of being interesting, so our clients can bask in the brilliance of meaningful outcomes. If it sounds too good to be true, then why are our tenure rates for both employees and clients three times higher than the industry average?

With that being said, we’re seeking a full-time digital media specialist with strong planning experience to contribute to the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just a doer, but a thinker, someone who can connect the dots between client goals, digital platforms, and performance data to shape thoughtful, effective media plans.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, self‑motivated, data‑driven, and has 3‑5 years of digital paid media experience.

Responsibilities Planning & Strategy
  • Contribute to the development of digital media strategies across channels including social, search, programmatic, and site direct.
  • Build media plans that align with audience insights, platform best practices, and performance goals.
  • Conduct media research and pull competitive data to inform strategic planning and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media strategy is aligned with creative direction and client goals.
Execution & Campaign Management
  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring timely delivery and performance against KPIs.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, reconcile vendor invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, implement tests, and analyze data to identify actionable insights.
Optimization & Reporting
  • Analyze performance data and develop insights to drive ongoing optimization and media strategy refinement.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting that communicates campaign performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations that tie back to broader strategy.
Client & Team Communication
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams on campaign planning, status, performance, and strategic direction.
  • Proactively manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across paid social, programmatic, and search channels (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles, digital marketing funnels, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client objectives into channel‑specific media plans that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, and site‑direct or managed service partners.
  • Proficient in campaign management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Social Ad Managers, Looker Studio).
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and generating actionable insights to inform strategic optimizations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and project ownership in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in client‑facing reporting, strategic discussions, and cross‑functional collaboration.
