Database Administrator Security Clearance

Position: 3960 Database Administrator with Security Clearance
GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist the Government Client and Team Lead with the execution of Oracle Administrator tasks and strategies. More specifically:
* Administrative responsibilities include resolving technical issues, performing system monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices.
* Triage and resolve critical outage and availability incidents for the FMW products.
* Identity Management (IDM) Suite and Access Management (IAM) Suite;
Configure IDM components to protect applications and other FMW products, fix authentication issues, and manage LDAP directories.
* Fix independently any issues in Web Logic installation, configuration, and production instance.
* Performance tuning and well versed with performance related issues like slowness, out of memory, server unavailable.
* Plan/Complete security patching and major upgrades.
* Configure SSL and SSL Certificate key stores.
* Maintain ATO within eMass.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Knowledge:
* Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database admin tasks.
* Understanding of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) process.
* Familiarity with Oracle Critical Patch Set update (PSU) cycle in a Windows and Linux environment.

* Skills:

* Strong Technical problem-solving skills within the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack such as Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Access and Identity Manager, Oracle OHS, Oracle SOA Suite, and intermediate Linux and Windows Server Administration competencies.
* Strong communication skills.
* Highly Organized.
* Multi-Tasking.
* Abilities:
* The ability to maintain strict confidence.
* The ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner.
* The ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
* The ability to simplify processes and procedures.
* CompTIA Security+
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Technology or Related Field
* In lieu of degree
-12+ years database administrator. CLEARANCE:
* Top Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
