ServiceNow Developer

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
• 8-10 years of demonstrated technical experience with the design, implementation, and support of Service Now discovery, CMDB, and service mapping.
• Proficiency in Service Now development, including creating custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Deep functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB.
• Experience deploying and managing Service Now discovery on on-prem, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Service Now CMDB and CSDM framework.
• Understanding of Cloud Provisioning, and integration of Service Now with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of network, infrastructure, and application components and their inter-relationships.

• Experience enhancing and/or creating patterns to support custom discovery.
• Experience implementing and managing service mapping.
• Knowledge of Service Now orchestration for automating IT processes.
• Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.

• Design, implement, and support Service Now discovery, CMDB, and service mapping solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Continuously enhance and optimize Service Now applications and workflows.
