KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, OT Cybersecurity to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead implementation and configuration of Service Now Operational Technology Management (OTM) modules including OTV, OTVR, OTAM, and OTSM to support client OT cybersecurity programs

* Translate complex technical and business requirements into scalable Service Now OTM reference architectures aligned with client goals

* Apply deep understanding of OT asset and vulnerability management practices to design and optimize Service Now workflows and data models

* Integrate Service Now OTM with external systems and applications to enrich datasets and streamline cybersecurity operations

* Collaborate with governance and OT teams to ensure alignment with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP

* Support client engagements through technical delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of recent experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, with hands-on expertise in Service Now OTM modules and industrial cybersecurity frameworks

* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

* Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and OT asset management practices

* Experience designing and implementing Service Now integrations with external tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and CMDBs

* Ability to translate business and technical requirements into Service Now architecture and workflows

* Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST CSF

* Ability to travel as required
