Job Summary
Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking qualified candidates in support of the USSOCOM SOCRATES mission. The position is responsible for developing and supporting training requirements for the USSOCOM SOCRATES Enterprise Architecture. Support will include new user training, refresher training, specific application training, SOF Geospatial Enterprise (SGE) training, and mission‑tailored training using SOCRATES baseline and above‑baseline applications. In addition, the contract will assist users in account, token, and certification creation/management.
The trainer will assist with the creation and management of training plans and will ensure a high‑level proficiency of SOCRATES and the SGE.
- SGE Training:
Development and support of SGE training on operating the SGE capability, including use of ESRI products, inputting data, publishing data, and developing briefings. - One‑On‑One Training:
Providing one‑on‑one training for SOCRATES applications. - Group Training:
Coordination and support of group training to be offered and scheduled at USSOCOM HQ. - Mobile Training:
As needed, support Mobile Training Team (MTT) requests from TSOCs, Components, and other SOF locations across the globe. - Application Testing:
As needed, perform testing of new applications and updates to current applications being integrated into the SOF SOCRATES Enterprise. - Remedy Support:
Access requests and contact users for associated PKI issues.
- Moderate noise (business office with computers, phone and printers) and/or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
- Requirements of sitting, standing, talking, and hearing.
- Often required to sit and use hands and fingers to operate a computer.

- 11‑20% / Occasional travel: off‑sites, meetings, training, a conference.
- May require travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Training or Intelligence.
- Proficiency delivering user training in various settings.
- Must be able to travel to remote overseas locations for extended periods.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real .
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Copperhead will not sponsor work visas for this position.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Direct experience using ESRI (ArcGIS) products.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
