CLA is growing and seeks to hire an experienced Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant to join our talented Business Technology Solutions team. The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.
This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users and client users.
How you’ll create opportunities in this role- Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.
- Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems, including basic technical support and troubleshooting integration or sync errors.
- Assists with software implementations for migration and imports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree is required (combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
- 2 years of experience in customer service support or software implementation preferred.
- 2 years of experience in application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support, or similar IT experience preferred.
- Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL () and/or accounting related software preferred.
