Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of deskside support experience, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Provide on‑site technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues.
- Travel to client locations as required to deliver timely support.
- Ensure all work meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with a wide range of users and environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- OEM Printer Warranty Certifications.
- OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications.
- Experience with Lexmark printers.
- Server support experience.
