Salary Range$17.67/hr.
LocationThis is an on-site position located at the Hillsborough County Juvenile Assessment Center in Tampa, FL.

What You'll be Doing?- Provides array of technical support services, including but not limited to, troubleshooting of network issues, training, and maintaining on-site inventory of computer hardware devices and related equipment.
- Serves as liaison between program/unit personnel, ACTS' Information Technology Director and Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) technical support staff.
- Assists in technical training of staff related to access and usage of ACTS/DJJ software systems.
- Reports misuse and/or damage to computer equipment to Program Administrator/Director.
- Develops and/or assists in the development, organization, and maintenance of records, reports and other program documentation requirements.
- Serves as program's administrator for Learning Management Systems; enters training documents and maintains program's training compliance records for all staff assigned to the JAC.
- Reviews all intervention, outreach and preventions services entered in Electronic Health Record (EHR) for accuracy, billing, service validation and outcome achievement.
- Prepare agendas as needed, make arrangements for meetings, and set-up for JAC Advisory and interagency meetings; take, transcribe, distribute and maintain minutes of meetings as assigned.
- Maintains program calendar and posts program/organizational communications.
- Maintains professional relationships with vendors, and completes and maintains records related to purchase orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
