We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst / Azure Administrator with strong experience in Service Now, Microsoft Azure, Application Insights, Agile, and Scrum. The candidate will provide Level 2 functional and technical support in a large-scale cloud environment, triage incoming requests through Service Now, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate with L3/L4, SRE, and development teams.
Required Experience- 2–4 years of overall professional experience, preferably in service delivery or cloud support.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the required technical skills.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting applications in a large-scale cloud environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now for incident, request, problem, and knowledge management.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based application support.
- Experience using Application Insights for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with escalation procedures and service‑level objectives.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with client teams and end users.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools and the broader Microsoft Suite.
