We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the technological systems of our company to ensure all employees have the proper working resources they need.
- Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all new computer systems and software programs are installed and functioning correctly.
- Respond to customers to resolve trouble tickets
- Adhering to company IT policies
- Resolving all issues employees have with their IT systems and software
- Providing technical support to employees
- Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
- Problem-solving abilities
- Desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- A degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field is a plus
