Project Manager, Senior

The Project Manager Oversees complex projects that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Project Manager,

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Service Now and Zero Trust projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity personnel, Service Now developers, system administrators, business analysts, engineers, external vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies; ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, project reviews, integrated product team meetings, and traditional governance processes as appropriate.
• Support implementation of Zero Trust principles, including identity, access management, device security, network segmentation, data protection, continuous monitoring, and risk-based access controls.
• Ensure Service Now capabilities support ITSM, IT operations management (ITOM), cybersecurity workflows, governance, and automation requirements.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices, cybersecurity requirements, organizational standards, and applicable security and regulatory requirements.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; provide clear, timely status updates and executive-level briefings to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, staffing requirements, and financial reporting.
• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and user-adoption activities.
• Ensure quality assurance, documentation, configuration management, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve Service Now workflows, automate processes, strengthen security posture, and increase operational efficiency.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certification:
  Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Active DoW Secret security clearance.

• 5 to 8+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• 3+ years managing Service Now platform projects or enterprise IT service management initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Service Now modules, including ITSM and ITOM.
• Familiarity with Service Now security operations, governance, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding Zero Trust principles and their application across identity, devices, networks, applications, data, and monitoring.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to develop and present project briefings, dashboards, schedules, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports.

• Experience supporting USCENTCOM or familiarity with its mission and IT environment.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or equivalent Service Now certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent certification.
• Experience implementing or supporting Zero Trust architecture, cybersecurity modernization, identity and access management, or continuous monitoring initiatives.
• Experience working in government, defense, or other highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with integration tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), and automation within the Service Now platform.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST guidance, RMF, and DoW cybersecurity requirements.
