Citi Technology Lead, Client Integration – Prime Brokerage Citi is looking for a Technology Lead, Client Integration to own the delivery of business-critical client connectivity programs across Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage. In this role, you will act as the primary technology point of contact for high-profile external clients, shaping how they connect to Citi's Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, Prime Finance Swaps, and Securities Lending platforms.

You will combine strong stakeholder management with hands-on technical investigation, leading integration delivery from initial requirements through to go-live and beyond.

Responsibilities Lead the delivery of client integration programs for Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage, connecting external clients to Citi via SFTP and SWIFT.Act as the primary point of contact for external Prime Brokerage clients on connectivity requirements, from initial scoping through to launch.

Design tailored integration solutions that address both standard and highly complex client connectivity needs.

Manage each integration from requirements gathering through testing, client sign-off, and post-launch support.

Coordinate rollout readiness across business, technology, and client teams ahead of each deployment.

Report progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders, keeping delivery on track and transparent.

Investigate data and connectivity issues using SQL and Unix tools to validate integration accuracy.

Guide and support junior Client Integration Analysts, building their technical and client-facing skills.

Required Qualifications & Skills 6+ years of experience leading client-facing integration or delivery programs in financial services or investment banking.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery work streams within a global operating model.

Understanding of connectivity protocols such as SFTP, SWIFT, and FIX, and how they support trade file transmission and client reporting.

Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including allocation, clearing, and settlement.

Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and mapping data to validate integrations.

Working knowledge of Unix or Linux for troubleshooting, log analysis, and running scripts.

Experience applying structured project management or business analysis practices using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Background as a business analyst or project manager with strong technical aptitude and a fast learning curve.

Experience interfacing directly with external financial services clients.

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
