Manager, Identity & Access ManagementWe're partnering with a global hospitality organization undergoing a significant cybersecurity transformation. They're looking for a hands-on IAM Manager to lead a team of five and drive major enterprise identity modernization initiatives.
This isn’t a traditional management role. We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys getting hands-on, developing engineers and delivering complex IAM transformation projects.
What we're looking forStrong enterprise IAM expertise across IGA, PAM, directory services, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.
Proven experience leading IAM modernization programs, including platform selection, implementation, integration and migration.
Hands-on technical leadership experience managing and developing IAM engineering teams.
Strong understanding of security automation, Python, Power Shell, REST APIs and workflow integrations.
Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, ideally within large, regulated enterprise environments.
