Services & Deployment Coordinator

$150K annual contract + Performance-Based Incentives

We are seeking a Professional Services & Deployment Coordinator to lead the technical planning, implementation, and delivery of Zantaz's enterprise software deployments, upgrades, and integrations.

This hands‑on role combines enterprise solutions engineering, technical project delivery, advanced troubleshooting, and customer‑facing consulting. You will work directly with enterprise IT teams to assess technical requirements, design implementation plans, execute complex deployments, and ensure Zantaz solutions operate reliably within customer environments.

You will also support presales technical discovery, develop project estimates, and collaborate closely with Account Management, Infrastructure, and Development teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, customer‑focused problem‑solver who can translate complex IT requirements into practical solutions, manage technical delivery, and leverage AI to improve implementation efficiency and service quality.

• Technical Discovery & Assessment:
  Evaluate customer IT environments, business requirements, infrastructure dependencies, security constraints, and deployment readiness.
• Solution Architecture & Planning:
  Define technical designs, hardware or cloud sizing, access requirements, implementation scope, effort estimates, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Software Deployment & Integration:
  Lead installations, configurations, major upgrades, migrations, and integrations across Zantaz's enterprise archiving solutions and approved Logix services.
• Advanced Technical Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose complex application, database, storage, networking, virtualization, and Microsoft 365/Exchange integration issues.
• Deployment Validation & Recovery:
  Execute cutover plans, integration testing, data validation, and recovery procedures with documented results and rollback readiness.

  Work directly with enterprise IT administrators, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve technical dependencies.

• Project Planning & Execution:
  Manage technical implementation plans, resource requirements, schedules, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Presales & Solution Consulting:
  Support Account Management and Business Development with technical demonstrations, solution sizing, feasibility assessments, and realistic project estimates.
• Scope & Change Management:
  Maintain accurate statements of work, project documentation, assumptions, scope changes, risks, and delivery status.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination:
  Work with Infrastructure on hosting readiness, Development on product defects, and Account Management on customer expectations and service continuity.
• Customer Acceptance & Handover:
  Validate agreed customer workflows, obtain documented acceptance, and deliver operating guidance, technical documentation, and support handoffs.
• Infrastructure Support:
  Contribute to approved internal infrastructure activities within scheduled allocations that do not compromise customer delivery commitments.
