The role is for a motivated, service‑oriented Florida Account Manager to support clients with policy needs, handle service requests, and ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates do not have to live in Florida but must hold an active Florida 220 license. Prior independent agency experience is required.

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

• Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
• Analysis renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.
• Assist clients with quotes, coverage explanations, and policy options.
• Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.

• Active Florida 220 license (Required).
• 2+ years of experience in an independent agency.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Small commercial lines experience.
• Familiarity with Citizen Insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
